Off Season Rates:
May 1, 2010 - Dec 11, 2010 - $700.00 per Week or $2,400.00 per Month
In addition to the rental rate a security deposit, cleaning fee and 11% tourist tax will be required. A non-refundable $200.00 pet deposit is required. WE DO NOT CHARGE A BOOKING FEE OR PER PERSON FEE.
